Tournament Information

JV Super Regionals is the largest sub-varsity tournament in the state.  The purpose of this event is to provide wrestlers who are not participating in the state championship series with a final tournament that has a postseason atmosphere.  This tournament offers 32-person brackets, trackwrestling electronic scoring and call-to-mat system, individual medals, team awards, loud finals walk-out, and an awards ceremony on the podium.

The Girls Championship is the first VHSL sanctioned female wrestling tournament.  The purpose of this tournament is to establish a girl's postseason-style tournament and encourage growth in girls wrestling.  This tournament has traditionally finished on day one but can carry over to day two when the bracket become large enough.  As a sanctioned event, this tournament abides by all of the VHSL and NFHS rules and policies regarding in-season school affiliated wrestling events.  There are no unattached entries, so all entries must come from the wrestler's school.  This is not the official VHSL Girls State Championship.
